CCT Fractional Development Director
CCT is hiring a Fractional Development Director to lead our grant writing, donor cultivation, social media and digital fundraising, and Salesforce administration — building on 50+ years of reentry work in Charlotte. This is a 1099 contract engagement of approximately 30–50 hours per month, fully remote, with a target start date of July 1, 2026.
