Thanks for making our Give a Second Chance year-end fund raising campaign an outstanding success!

Thanks to each of you who gave to our Give a Second Chance year-end fund raising campaign!   Over 100 generous donors contributed over $50,000 to the Center for Community Transitions. These dollars will go directly towards strengthening our programs and services that help formerly incarcerated men and women re-enter our community with the supports they need for a successful second chance as well as provide valuable resources and assistance to family members.
